This house is next door to my sister's place. There was a little time between storms so I painted it.

I had to go to Sacramento right after school to help a friend paint a room. I arrived about an hour before he did and had time to do this quick sketch. At one point the wind blew my pochade over but the painting ended up facing up. lucky.
