water slide 8x10
This water slide is at Lembi park in Folsom. I was about 30 minutes into my first effort and I had to wipe it off. This one worked our a little better. I was again attracted by the geometry of the thing. I can easily see doing a whole series of water slide paintings. They are really quite graceful. I decided to donate this painting to KVIE's annual art auction.

My wife and I love this painting.
At the moment my son is mad for water slides and we search them out wherever we go.
Did the painting do well in the auction?
I know that we kicked ourselves, when we missed out on the opportunity to buy it.
