I didn't have time to paint outside again today. I'm pretty happy with this little lime though. As much as I've been enjoying my outdoor experiences lately I must admit that I don't miss the driving around that is often required when painting landscapes. It's also nice to not have to race the sun, although that is often part of the fun when working out doors.

The pale greens inside a cut lime are almost not green at all. I was originally going to put this on a light background but it was way too pale. I really like the drama of a dark stage.
