big Dots 24x18

This is by far the largest daily painting that I have done so far. I stayed home from work today with a cold. I began painting at about 7:00 this morning and finished up late in the afternoon. This is the commissioned piece that I've been preparing for with the smaller Dots paintings lately.

Something about Twinkies keeps bringing me back. I like how the warm colored outer sponge cake contrasts with the cool cream filling.

My wife bought this the other day. It's pretty cool that it still has part of the comb in it. The jar is a nice shape too.
