There are a lot of interesting granite outcroppings out at Beek's Bight at Granite Bay. The bike ride my wife and I did a couple of days ago went through here and I really enjoyed the scenery.

It was windy and freezing cold out here even though the sun was shinning.I was attracted to the abstract shape of the low water and surrounding banks.

I had about an hour before the sun went down and it became bitterly cold. This little tree is near the boat ramp at Granite Bay on Folsom Lake. It is among the many that are usually submerged when the lake is full.
